APN Settings

On most Android devices, please follow the following steps to navigate to your APN settings. If you can't find the exact settings from the steps below, try selecting the most similar setting on your device.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Network & internet or Connections.
3. Tap Mobile Network.
4. Tap Access Point Names.

Don't see Access Point Names?

1. Tap Advanced.
2. Tap Access Point Names.

Once you are in Access Point Names, enter your phone number below to determine which APN settings are needed for your device. Press the '+' symbol or the 'Add' button and fill out the following fields. Leave all other fields untouched.
